As a Mindshift Consultant, you’ll partner with organizations to unlock their full potential by aligning leadership, culture, and strategy. Your role will be as diverse as our clients and include:

  • Designing and facilitating workshops on topics such as culture transformation, leadership development, team effectiveness, or strategic alignment on executive, tactical and operational levels in the organization
  • Conducting and developing organizational surveys or cultural assessments to uncover strengths, challenges, and opportunities
  • Designing or supporting leadership development by means of development of vision, culture-leadership-fit, competence assessments and training roadmaps
  • Creating and delivering impactful learning journeys, including trainings, coaching sessions for all impacted stakeholders
  • Designing or optimizing key organizational processes (e.g. project governance, leadership frameworks, decision-making models)
  • Translating strategy into action by aligning structure, culture, and behavior

You’ll work closely with our clients as a trusted advisor, embedded in the Mindshift team leveraging shared expertise, inspiration, support.

Even if you are fully assigned to a client, you remain an integral part of the Mindshift team and will always be included in team meetings.


What will you be doing if not at the client:

Working on customer assignments or working within the Mindshift team is equally important. When not working for the client, you’ll contribute to shaping our own Mindshift offering:

  • Scale: Take up or participate in sales or marketing initiatives linked to your expertise
  • Create: Help develop or tailor training modules, assessments, methodologies, and tools
  • Facilitate: Organize and support internal knowledge-sharing and client workshops
  • Grow: Join team sessions, deep dives, and intervisions that support your professional growth

Job requirements

What do you bring to the table?

  • You have 5 to 7 years of relevant professional work experience.
  • You have a master’s or bachelor degree in a related field. 
  • You’re fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • You have experience in creating and delivering training sessions.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • You have experience with consulting and working with diverse teams
  • Being sales-minded and having a knack for identifying opportunities is a plus.

Important Note: We are looking for consultants on our payroll. This role is not open for freelancers.
