You’ll have the opportunity to discover the world of consulting while supporting our teams across different domains such as project and program management, business analysis, change management and internal operations.

• Support real projects: Assist our consultants and teams in delivering high-quality work

• Learn by doing: Contribute to research, analyses, and the preparation of client deliverables

• Get involved: Support internal initiatives and help improve our ways of working

• Explore different areas: Gain exposure to various aspects of consulting and discover where your interests lie

• Collaborate closely: Work alongside experienced consultants and learn how we approach complex challenges

Important to note:
We do not offer internships as a standalone consultant role. While you will work closely with our consultants and gain relevant experience, you will not be deployed independently as a consultant.

Practical information:

• This is an unpaid internship.

• The internship must be linked to an educational institution.

• Location: Sint-Denijs-Westrem, Ghent, Belgium

What do you bring to the table?

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, with an internship that is part of your studies through an educational institution.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English (this is a hard requirement to support our clients).

• A strong interest in consulting, project management or business transformation.

• A proactive, curious, and eager-to-learn mindset.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility and adaptability.
