Job description
Do you get energy from turning AI ideas into practical solutions that actually make work smarter?
At threon, we help organizations accelerate through pragmatic innovation. As we expand our AI‑driven initiatives, both internally and with clients, we’re looking for a curious, hands‑on AI Business Analyst who enjoys building, experimenting and making impact from day one.
This is a new role designed to move beyond ad‑hoc experiments and bring structure, impact, and measurable value to our AI ambitions. You will help identify real opportunities, validate what’s feasible, and translate ideas into practical solutions that make work smarter, for us and for our clients. It’s a hybrid role at the intersection of business, process and applied AI, designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast by doing.
As our AI Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling AI adoption:
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify where AI can create efficiency, quality or scalability gains.
Translate business needs into concrete AI use cases and solution designs.
Support client projects by advising on AI feasibility, value creation and implementation.
Prototype and test AI solutions using existing tools, platforms and APIs.
Act as an internal point of reference for AI best practices, trends and responsible use.
This role gives you broad exposure and real ownership.
Why choose threon as your next employer?
You get matched to diverse and exciting projects across different industries.
You get to work independently (or in a small team) but can always count on continuous support from your colleagues via multiple formal and informal knowledge sharing moments.
You expand your skillset via a personal development plan that includes training and coaching from industry experts
You get rewarded with more than just a paycheck. Benefits like a company car, net allowances, home working days, top-notch insurances, … the list goes on and on.
You join a team with an entrepreneurial mindset: your voice matters and there’s plenty of room for initiative.
Last but not least: it’s a lot of fun working at threon. Teambuildings, sport events, (spontaneous) drinks and lunches, …
Ready to make an impact?
Your work will be visible and tangible. From automating internal processes to supporting AI implementation at clients, you will directly influence how AI is used in real organizations. You won’t just support projects, you will help build and shape them.
If you are eager to learn, excited about applied AI, and motivated by tangible business impact, this might be your next step.
