This role is designed for hands-on PM / PMO profiles who like working close to the action, supporting stakeholders and making a real difference within project teams.

Depending on the assignment and client context, you may take on Project Management, PMO, or a hybrid role. This could include:
Taking responsibility for (parts of) projects, ensuring structure, progress and delivery
Supporting project and program managers with:
Planning, coordination and follow-up
Reporting, dashboards and steering information
Governance and decision-making processes
Setting up, maintaining or improving PM(O) processes, templates and tools
Monitoring progress, risks, dependencies and budgets across projects or portfolios
Acting as a hands-on contributor within project teams or PMO environments
Being a reliable sparring partner for stakeholders, always with a pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset

Job requirements
What do you bring to the table?
Fluency in French and English (non negotiable)!
You have 2 to 7 years of professional experience in project management and/or PMO roles
Proven experience in the full project lifecycle: from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
Proficiency in MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
Soft skills such as stakeholder management, communication skills, adaptability, …
Flexible in your working locations and willing to work from our customer’s sites (within a reasonable distance).
