Prospecting & Hunting: 

  • Strategic Preparation: Get ready to dive into prospecting activities with thorough preparation. 

  • Target Audience Selection: Sharpen your skills by identifying and selecting the perfect target audiences. 

  • Active Prospecting: Execute dynamic prospecting strategies that make a difference. 

  • Crafting Communications: Hone your writing skills by drafting compelling prospecting emails. 

  • Script Creation: Develop effective phone scripts and conversation guides. 

  • Engaging Visits: Conduct impactful prospect visits using well-prepared scripts. 

  • Sales Engagement: Experience the thrill of door-to-door sales, cold calling, and retail representation. 

Follow-up on Prospecting: 

  • Sales Tracking: Keep a close eye on the status of sales and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. 

  • Client Visits: Strengthen relationships by visiting existing clients for upgrades (upsell, cross-sell). 

  • Inbound Sales: Dive into inbound sales activities, including customer service, helpdesk, client retention, and complaint handling. 

Lead Management/ Social Selling: 

  • Lead Management: Take charge of managing leads and ensuring they are nurtured effectively. 

  • Lead Nurturing Preparation: Prepare for lead nurturing by selecting target audiences, developing Buyer Journeys with touchpoints, pain points, and joy points, and setting clear objectives. 

  • Performance Marketing: Execute lead nurturing strategies by writing and posting converting content. 

  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads to ensure they are ready for the next steps. 

  • Sales Coordination: Maintain seamless communication with the sales team. 

  • LinkedIn Utilization: Leverage LinkedIn to actively enhance the company profile and engage with potential clients. 

Sales Development: 

  • Strategy Development: Contribute to developing innovative sales strategies and creating comprehensive sales plans. 

  • Negotiation Preparation: Prepare for and participate in negotiations, gaining valuable experience. 

  • Smarketing: Align marketing and sales strategies to create a cohesive approach. 

Job requirements

What do you bring to the table?

  • Flexibility and adaptability. 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office. 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
