Depending on your experience, you will take on more hands-on delivery responsibilities or evolve towards a more strategic, advisory and coaching role, always close to the client.

As a Senior Consultant, you help clients optimize how they manage projects, programs and portfolios. You translate strategy into execution and support organizations in making the right choices at the right time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting clear priorities across project portfolios and programs, aligned with the client’s strategic goals

• Listening, challenging and advising stakeholders to improve decision‑making and delivery effectiveness

• Delivering tailored solutions adapted to each client’s context, maturity and objectives

• Ensuring strategic alignment between initiatives, resources and business priorities

• Driving successful delivery, supporting on‑time, on‑budget and value‑driven outcomes

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English

• You have 5 - 15 years of experience with Project, Program and/or Portfolio Management. Worked as a consultant before? That’s a plus!

• You possess strong soft skills such as stakeholder management, communication skills and can adapt to various client working environments

• You are willing to work from our clients’ sites (within reasonable distance)

• You don’t think in boxes but think along with the client and are willing to adapt your work when needed
