Kickstart your career as a Junior Management Consultant at threon

We are currently exploring the possibility of launching a new Kickstart program in September 2026. While we are not actively recruiting yet, we are building a talent pool of ambitious graduates and young professionals who want to be the first to know once the program is confirmed.

Are you in your final year of a Master’s degree or do you have up to one year of experience? Do you want to grow into a fully-fledged Management Consultant through structured training, mentoring and real client exposure? Then this is your opportunity to express your interest early.

As a consultant at threon, you will support clients in transformation and project environments. You will contribute to project and program management, stakeholder communication, business analysis and workshop preparation, while developing strong consulting, analytical and communication skills.
